Public Informational Meeting - PFAS Response

The Town's PFAS Response Plan includes the potential source evaluation of the property at 743 Barrows Rd. Our hope is to affirm a new PFAS free water supply at this location. The Town will hold a public informational meeting during the Selectboard meeting on Wednesday, April 29 at 5:30 PM.

Stowe Charter Change Testimony

Selectboard members Ethan Carlson and Jo Sabel Courtney, Town Manager Charles Safford, and Assistant Town Manager Will Fricke were in Montpelier on Wednesday, April 8 to provide testimony regarding Stowe's proposed charter amendment which would authorize 2% local option taxes.

Town Plan Public Hearing

Stowe Conservationist of the Year

On April 3, the Conservation Commission Chair Catherine Gott and Ryan Krukar of the Conservation Commission presented the 5th grade teachers with the 2026 Conservationist of the Year Award during Friday Morning Meeting at Stowe Elementary School.
