A nation-wide email scam targeting DRB applicants involves fake invoices for large fees, often demanding urgent wire transfers or ACH Payment using stolen project details to appear legitimate but originating from non-official email addresses. Do not pay or respond, as Town of Stowe employees will never demand payment this way.
Listers set the policies, direct and review work of the Town Appraiser. In conjunction with the Town Appraiser, the Board is responsible for the Town's Grand List of approximately 4,000 parcels.
