Listers set the policies, direct and review work of the Town Appraiser. In conjunction with the Town Appraiser, the Board is responsible for the Town's Grand List of approximately 4,000 parcels. The Board is also present for grievance hearings. The Board of Listers meets ad hoc in the Akeley Memorial Building.
