1. How do I request an absentee ballot?

Visit the Vermont Voter Portal (vote.vermont.gov) and submit your request online.

Alternatively, you may email your request to the townclerk@stowevt.gov or visit the Town Clerk's office at the Akeley Memorial Building, 67 Main Street, Stowe, VT 05672.

2. How do I register to Vote?

Visit the Vermont Voter Portal and submit your request online. You may also register at the Town Clerk's office at the Akeley Memorial Building, 67 Main Street.

3. When is the deadline to register to vote for the upcoming election?

Vermont has same-day voter registration, which means that you may register to vote at the polls on election day. However due to high volumes of voters at the polls, we strongly encourage any voter to register early!
