Summer Camp Lunch Program

We are so fortunate to work with the LSSU Food Service team to provide nutritious lunches to our campers. Registration will open the week before camp and a summer lunch menu will be posted then.

Advanced registration is required! Our lunches are made off site and picked up in the morning from People's Academy. You must register by noon the day before! Parents are asked to pack snacks for their children, as snacks are not included with lunch registration.

TREC & Friday Fields Trips- All of our field trips are off site so sandwich options are the only choice for Fridays. Due to the nature of the TREC program sandwich options are the only choice for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. **If you order a hot lunch on these dates we will automatically substitute it with a sandwich of your child's choice.

If your family qualifies for Free/Reduced lunch please get in contact with Kelli before the start of the program(you will not be able to register online until we flag your account as Free/Reduced). *If your family qualified for our Bunny Libby Scholarship Fund, your accounts have already been marked as Free/Reduced.

Please contact the Recreation office with any questions.

Parent Testimonials

“The engaging activities on a daily basis were great. My kids loved that they had choices. Their favorite was skating :)”

“Kids loved the different choices for activities which allowed for both physical activity if they wanted or calmer activities like crafts and projects.”

“My son has been coming to Rec since he was old enough to attend and hasn’t missed a summer. It’s a safe and fun way for him to spend his summer and has allowed us to hold on to a little innocence (for as long as we can!). I just wanted to thank you and your staff for doing a fabulous job. This program is Stowe’s best-kept secret. It’s the perfect way to enjoy Summer in Stowe for any child.”

“Amazing counselors. Creative and fun. Great website - easy to register. Very well organized.”

“My son had a wonderful experience with the Explorer Cubs this year. He had nothing but great things to say about all the counselors, and we were really impressed by the staff every day at drop off and pickup. We are really happy and grateful our son got to have this experience this summer. It was more important than ever!"
